THIS MOD CONTAINS WIN

After months of procrastination, I finally finished this mod. It's nothing crazy but I think it's mildly amusing.

This mod includes:
-All hearts resprited to be the Dr. Robotnik head
-"PINGAS" sfx upon picking them up with unique sounds for the alternative hearts

I'm fully satisfied with this experience... Just some suggestions: 1) Maybe a "Pingas" with a lot of vibrato for rotten hearts? 2) Edit the card's voice lines like "Queen of hearts" and pingas up the word "heart"
