Historical Scandinavian Silver and Gold Mines

During the period of Victoria 3, the nations of Norway, Sweden and Finland all engaged in gold- and silver mining to various degrees. This mining might not have rivaled places like Australia, South Africa or the mining happening across the United States, but they were still present and had historic importance.
This mod attempts to represent those gold and silver mines, though because the game does not include silver as a resource it will instead be represented with gold (this is something paradox does themselves).

Eastern Norway

• A fully employed gold mine, representing the then active Kongsberg Silver Mines which made up roughly 5% of the Norwegian GDP during the time period.
  
• One undiscovered gold field, representing the new ore discoveries throughout the 1830s and 1860s.

Western Norway

• One undiscovered gold field, which will not become a full gold mine, representing the small Lyklingeberga gold mine which was opened in 1882, but ran dry in 1910.

Oulu (Northern Finland)

• One undiscovered gold field, representing the Lapland gold rush during the 1870s. Finland is today the largest producer of gold in the European Union because of the mines in the region, but most of the major gold mines were only excavated after the game's end date, so to represent this only one level is present.

Norrland (Northern Sweden)

• One undiscovered gold field, representing a variety of gold and silver production in the region, including the Boliden mine opened in 1924, other smaller mines, and the byproducts from other mining operations. Today, these operations are still significant, and has in modern times made Sweden the second largest gold producer in the European Union, and the second largest silver producer.

The mod will not work with any other mod that edits the 'west_europe' and 'russia' state regions files. It won't crash the game, but either this mod will be overwritten or this mod will overwrite the other mod's files. Most mods that expand upon world resources also include some of the gold and silver mines of Scandinavia, but this mod is intended to be small in scale for those who want something more vanilla-like.
