Shellguard Cutebound Patch

Description
Does what the title says: changes some of the shops, quest givers, etc in Shellguard to match the Cutebound asethetic.

Please note that, while this mod will work without it, you will need to have Cutebound Objects installed to get the updated sprite for the info booth, as this mod does not (for obvious reasons) contain unedited copies other modder's sprites.

Unnecessary technical explanation:
I patched the Shellguard variant to use the default protectorate sprite, so when Cutebound Objects is installed, it will also affect the one in the Shellguard outpost.
