Mythic Units Classes

Description
Removes the Mythic class from every mythic unit, and changes it to the most appropriate standard class (eg, Fighter for dragons, Shock for giants, and so on). This way, mythic units are subject to class-based effects (eg, unit enchantments).

No other changes have been made.

This mod is compatible with other mods (eg, it doesn't make the game crash), but it won't change the class of modded units, just the base game's and the DLCs' ones.

Gaah, I can't decide if I want this :D On one hand that'd be really cool because otherwise I really don't use any mythics, on the other hand with this they might actually be useful because cultural units that are loaded with transformations and enchantments are still a bit stronger xd

Nah, no problem! I updated the decription to account for mods.

Yea, you are right, these are mod units. Simply I play with mods so long, that I forgot, that some dragons in my version were added by these. Sorry, that I caused false alarm and took your time without legitimate reasons, my actual bad.

@ironwall what units are those? I don't think I've ever encountered them in the game, and I have all DLCs. Are they modded units? In that case, the modder themselves should change the class, because this mod is compatible but does not cover other mods.

I noticed, that Tempest, Forest and Earth dragons lack classes, still remaining Mythic class.

Yeah, I've thought about it too, but then mythic units would have a lot of unrelated different enchantments, like support enchantments for melee mythic units. It didn't feel right, and this way was faster anyway :)

Interesting idea. It honestly does appeal to me, the only other way I could see doing this would be editing the enchantments to Also affect mythics.

But this approach is quite cool too.

Thank, I learned how to mod AOW4 just to do this :)

There are two minor drawbacks (that in my opinion counterbalance themselves):

- mythic units lose Control Loss Immunity unless they explicitly have it on their unit card as a property;
- since they can gain enchantments now, they may become a bit overpowered; on the other hand, the enchantments' upkeep will consider them too, so it will be higher.

So, all in all these are consequences I can live with.

Not yet able to test this out but I just want to comment that this is freaking genius. Thank you. I will update once I've given it a spin.
