More Spider Traps

Description
Adds four new spider drones:

- Incendiary Drone
- EMP Drone
- Tox Drone
- Antigrain Drone

All except the Antigrain Drone come with a backpack launcher.

All including the Antigrain Drone can appear in ruins.

although could they perchance get similar costs to IED, in actually NEEDING the shell, I think an antigrain warhead esque bomb being available for 40 steel and chemfuel is evil

Cant wait to walk into a room on speed 4 just to be met with said room no longer being there and my ability to walk as well.
