- No glitches (piston glitch is allowed)
- No gyros, weapons, gadgets or anchor pins
- Must look like a car

Designed under a unique set of regulations, the Leopard was a real challenge for Stino Corporation engineers. With proper spoilers disallowed, the car’s body had to be carefully shaped to generate as much downforce as possible. Due to the low downforce, braking early before corners was critical, something that wasn’t clearly communicated to the test driver. During an early run, the driver entered a corner too fast, slid out, and drove into the forest. That’s when the Stino Corporation realized something unexpected: the Leopard actually made a decent rally car. For the next two weeks, employees began holding unofficial after hours rally tournaments. This resulted in two prototypes being destroyed and caused major delays to the project. After an additional three weeks of work the Leopard was finally finished, just in time for the tournament.
