Minimally tweaked by me for TK2's modding purposes.

Current Features:
- Default animations (including arms, mimicks Niko holding on to the wheel through their coat) and one custom animation (start greeting)
- Facial animations via shape keys (default ones, and a couple custom ones)
- Voice lines, speechbank is made out of OneShot's sound effects
- Glow effect on Niko's eyes, and four additional recolor skins
