Fasion [F-1V] (Fan)

Description
Fan, Working fan. Use panel for all functions. Bricks "239"
Ig first cool and more functional fan in brick rigs. (Also Fasion - my ingame brand, same as Fq [Fast & quality] on 2-nd account 3AKISb AIIIOTA)

5 blade fan, with 5 functions in it: Time (wip), Speed (works after fan is turned on), Angle, Height, OSC.
U.S brand, same as Fq.

@TOYO1515, Sorry, but I cant make that, cuz:
1) I can make it only decorative (it has 30+ functions in rl)
2) The inside mechanism is very hard and not understandable
3) I can make something other
