More Uses for Lighters and Matches

Description
You got tired of lighters and matchbooks only having 5 uses?
I did - hence this.

Default values are 100 uses for lighters and 20 uses for matchbooks.
This can be changed in Sandbox Settings.

Error free
I have successfully tested it on both new and existing saves. (and 100s of mods enabled at the same time)
- Existing saves only inherits the default values

Keep in mind - that it will only affect newly spawned items.
Already discovered lighters and matchbooks will stay at 5 uses.

These two mods consumes units, not actual items - will be eternal spawn if you pack and unpack

I cannot get it to work with this mod. Even after changing the values and applying changes - the settings set before the game applies.
So if you want higher values than the defaults - it requires a new save.

@Belrangerus in the B42 version, you can easily make a lighter that uses 20 times.

Killer. Always irked me how the character goes through lighters like they don't know how to light a cigarette and every matchbook having so few matches. Especially considering the situation they're in and/or the smoker trait, you'd think they'd already know about a lighter's longevity

@seronis - the number of uses left are already random - just like vanilla.
The values set on sandbox settings are just the max "available".

Matchboxes are, agreed higher than 20 where I'm from as well - but according to info gathered, these US style matchbooks are normally 20... And the lighters - I went with a zippo lighter, which average burn time according to research is 10-15 minutes = 80-100 uses/cigarettes. And they match the ability to refill etc.

Do you take requests ?

Matchboxes tend to come in boxes of exactly 32 or 50 matches with 32 being more common. And a normal sized BIC lighter (not the mini ones) on low flame setting will burn for 3 hours which is listed at a couple thousand uses. Its still a few hundred for people who use high flame setting.

Any way you could make them so when found they have a random number of uses left up to those max values?
