Lady Karu (カル), also known as Haruka model-1-2014-1983 was 9-year old Garamita (Android Guardian Character) Federal President of the Gamalaticania Alliance created by XJM Project as one of most advanced artificial intelligence in Gamalaticania Alliance. Because she is built with organic body material, most people never realized she is android since most robot in Gamalaticania galaxy are bulky and less intelligent.

Created as part of subject DAL-2014 Harusu project that use to power Gamalaticania Alliance Navy's warship. The XJM Project want to created more advanced version of these android which give the subject as [redacted] to replaced the previous failed subject [redacted] that escape from Burand Diamond 2000 year ago. She meant to be independent learning, movable hyper-computer and no hesitation to execute the command if need (such as sacrifice million to save billion) where she must terminate [redacted] to complete the mission. Much like previous attempt, she later rebel against XJM Project following witness many Harusu android was torn apart in the secret mission on assaulting on ABM stronghold that no chance to win. As the result, she escape from the battle and never been see again. Despite this, her protocol given by XJM Project never truly erase despite the information of the target was damaged.

She later became Federal President of the Gamalaticania Alliance after she wining the election. Before she can expose the existance of XJM Project and Burand Diamond, she became under attack by ABM force after they invade GA capital of Goldia. She later join the Academy Defense Force as Assault Rifle (Shotgun) user because she is quick at close range combat.

Only few people in Academy Defense Force knew she is android (and GA federal president because nobody at Nana's school is watch TV).
