Description
1 Troop, NVG Batteries
Makes it so that you have to put batteries in your NVGs. It's persistent, meaning if you put in a fresh pair, and use them for 4 hours, and close ARMA, next time you launch your game, you will have 4 less hours remaining on those batteries.
