[TTT2] Deathmatch Mode

A deathmatch mode for TTT2 on low player counts. Players respawn and have a shop with no limitations. Type !dm in chat to start a deathmatch vote. Type !undm to remove deathmatch vote. Type !voterestart to vote to restart map while in deathmatch mode. Type !joindm in chat while in spectator to join the deathmatch. Press the period key to open the custom shop.
