Description
Draped in stars and trees, a communications center transmits signals to the deepest reaches of space to trace eons of the past.
Unfortunately, they didn't wait long enough.



Map is called gm_cloak

To make sure all materials are properly loaded, make sure you are using the chromium branch of gmod (x86-64).
Also im aware that some graphics drivers may not be able to correctly load certain materials (specifically envmaps) and idk how to fix that w/o changing the material's format or removing parts of the material entirely.
Either way, report missing assets in the discussion tab below.

No additional content required, although this map is pretty intensive (especuially outside).
If you want, you can remove the most expensive entities through the "ent_remove_all" console command for "env_projectedtexture", "func_smokevolume", and "func_dustmotes"

Highly recommended to use HDR, as the fake skyboxes and projectedtexture lamps are made/configured with HDR in mind; mat_hdr_level 2
(you can still play in LDR, but features may appear too dark/bright.)

at this stage, these maps ends up turning into giant sunk cost fallacies where i spend more time
trying to optimize so that the compiler doesn't vaporize itself rather than just
making a new map with new ♥♥♥♥ on a scale that source 1 can handle well on its own

that would also mean that these maps wouldn't be over a gigabyte lololololol
