This asset is a remake of the Spring Creek Public Library, located at 1143 Flatlands Avenue, Brooklyn, New York[maps.app.goo.gl].

It is defenitely not the most beautiful library, but it fits well in brickstone and Brooklyn/Queens based neighborhoods.

The library comes without any nessecary items and is completely vanilla.
It has double service radius compared with the library that comes with the game.
It has less jobs and half of the entertainment accumulation.
