Concert Saferoom Music - Whiplash

Description
Now, this one really upsets me. We have an out-of-tune player here.

Replaces the Dark Carnival concert map's saferoom theme (map c2m5) with the first 1:11 minutes of the song 'Too Hip To Retire' from the soundtrack of the 2014 movie Whiplash. Intended to be used with the concert music mod of the same name.

Thanks to Steam user Lochlan for the script modding method.
