(Total rework of my previous release)

Description:

Welcome to a dark and scary abandoned hospital/asylum in the middle of the forest at night.

-NAV mesh (AI Nodes and tested fully working with NextBots)
-Breakable/interactive environment including barricades, vents, props, debris, etc...

-Massive detailed 3D Skybox

Make sure "mat_specular" is set to "1" to see reflections.

i can confirm that there is no navmesh
