Efficiency Skill Mod: Animal actions Excluded

Description
Exclude TimedAction from Efficiency skill like collecting eggs, cleaning hutch, draining blood

This is just a quick fix essentially using the mod's original creator's code 1:1 to exclude the hutch actions instead of the lifestlye fix.
If this isn't okay, or OP updates their original mod I'll remove it.

@Leu_810 yes, it's a fix for the original mod to exclude currently bugged timed actions, with the original mod, on it's own it does nothing

@opaxite, oh okay, then try it with this mod! It excludes the timed actions of the hutch from the efficiency mod

I am using the Efficiency skill mod. I thought the hutches were some kind of vanilla bug.
