Ragdoll Reborn v1.0.7 (BIG UPDATE)

Description
v1.0.7 UPDATE WARNING:
Before you use this mod, please understand: Using shotguns or cutting off parts of the body isn’t compatible with this mod same with reviving the human. once shot in the head the human stays fully dead. trying to do these things will glitch limbs. I have no fix for this, sadly, since it isn’t supported in People Playground’s API with the way i coded the human to be more realistic. Will try to continue fixing at some point

For the best experience, please use shotguns and other guns with this alternative mod. The shotgun shown in the GIFs below is from this mod.

This mod improves ragdoll behavior by making human reactions more dynamic and realistic during combat. It adds custom physics effects for different types of hits:

The goal of this mod is to make violence in the game feel more reactive, weighty, and satisfying without breaking immersion or realism it isn't 100% realistic please keep this in mind its only supposed to give you a different feel to the game. please do not complain "Why is the body shaking when shot in the head"

Works with the base human and doesn't conflict with most other mods that don't overwrite human behavior. Recommended for anyone who wants more realistic or dramatic ragdoll physics

More updates coming soon couldn't fit everything i wanted to do with this mod in right now but lots will be added hope the few people who finds this mod enjoys it. just came back after no posts from 2021

v1.0.5 7/31/2025 (6:45 AM):

• Made it so mod works with all humans (Not just a single human in the catagory)

• Added thank you message

• Made ragdoll way more realistic same with body shots.

• Headshots now trigger an instant body stiffen

• Chest hits collapse the torso without extra rigidity

• Stomach hits collapse the body, soften rigidity

• All other damage triggers a controlled limb shake

• Consciousness is briefly protected during the “delay” phase to avoid instant knockouts, letting the physics reaction play out visually.

• Fixed an issue causing the human prefab to bug out or launch unexpectedly on collapse.

• Tweaked fall speed so gravity isn’t affected

v1.0.6 4:43 AM 8/1/2025:

• Added yelling / screaming in game (Disable & Enable By pressing "K" in game)

• Added slower body movements on shot

• Adjusted timers & forces for more realistic subtle movements.

v1.0.7 3:33 AM 8/2/2025:

• Added shaking when being shot on the ground

• Fixed More limb bugs

• Added more realistic movement

• Changed key bind to disable screaming to L

• Fixed keybind glitch

• Added better movement for ragdoll

Thank you all for 10,000+ downloads! I’ve spent days working on this mod, and I really appreciate all the support in getting it to the front page. More mods will be coming soon

There's a bug where, if you shoot someone in the head they stiffen. But if you revive them, rather using the life syringe or any other method, they stay stiff
