NYEHEHEHE! The mighty Skeletor will show those witless fools the power of his ultimate weapon... a fishing rod!

This character is a weapon-zoner style character with a handful of unique combat quirks and tricks to keep opponents on their toes:

<Neutral A/Up B>
The third attack of "neutral A" and the recovery move of "up B" do significantly extra damage and knockback if the opponent is hit with ONLY the tip of the attack, time to fish for that sweet spot.

<Neutral B>
This attack will summon Skeletor's loyal companion "Panthor" to his side which will lunge forward after a short delay. If neutral B is used again before Panthor finishes its attack, Skeletor will use his strong down A move instead, however, unlike that attack, this version is useable in the air as well.

<Strong side A>
This powerful, long-ranged grapple attack does a high amount of damage with a high knockback, however, it has a long windup time before launching the attack. High risk, high reward.

<Aerial side A>
Using side A in the air after using side A launches a close-ranged, grappling, follow-up attack that can only grapple opponents that are airbourne.

<Side B>
This is a repositioning maneuver that quickly shifts Skeletor's position laterally, however, if this move is used whilst Skeletor is on the ground, he will faceplant after the maneuver has finished.

<Jumping>
Skeletor does not have any additional jumps, but instead has a singular high jump.

<Ultra>
Skeletor leaps upwards and casts the fishing hook down, then he can reposition himself to try and literally catch an opponent with that hook, consequentially hooking them upwards for a potential ring out.
