In the West Penitentiary of the glorious POLMAR controlled Earth, located somewhere in the Western Hemisphere near Hawaii, there is only order and fear among the prison, with an overwhelming force of Iron-Plated Soldiers that no one can take down by themselves to try an escape. So much death, so much terror, and so much anxiety, and so many prisoners here barely manage to keep up with the schedule due to extreme trauma, PTSD, and depression.
You're one of the new transfers who has just been put in this penitentiary, expected to serve a sentence of at least 3 years. However, things may not be what they seem once you realize the true nature of your surroundings.
POLMAR, aka The Iron Imperium, was the result of the industrial age reaching Russia in a quick succession due to unknown reasons, causing the Russian Empire to grow obsessed with iron and later, grow powerful enough to conquer the entire Earth and turn it into its own production field of iron-based technology. They are now hellbent with the intent of forming countless soldiers, vehicles, and armaments ready for war unlike anybody has ever seen before.
Excessive resource harvesting has left Earth almost in shambles, but luckily, ever since POLMAR launched space operations, they've brought back samples from other planets and galaxies to help replenish Earth into somewhat a feasible state.
There are barely any rebels around to fight against POLMAR, because POLMAR itself utilizes fear to maintain order and control over their citizens. To add on, if people want to get rid of the fear in them, they must enlist within the POLMAR ranks, in which they're promised genetic implants to help remove and diminish fear within their bodies.
The West Penitentiary is one of the four major prisons stationed on Earth, and has had a long history of death that only worsened when POLMAR took control of the prison. Now, there are hundreds up to thousands of deaths every moment at each prison, and the death toll only rises as prisoners and even guards are killed.

I've gotten your attention. Well, assuming you have the time to do a training exercise before you're incarcerated, just pinpoint this in your head about what I said earlier. Listen to my words, and maybe you'll have a chance of getting out.
Assuming you read what I said earlier on the main database of the West Penitentiary, just remember that there are indeed a sh#t ton of armored soldiers everywhere you go. Don't worry about there being a whole army after you, they got half of the security force here conscripted into the army or whatever.

Some of them even look the exact same, clones, blah blah blah, just keep in mind that these guys are not f##king around with their security. However, this is the simulation version of the real thing, so you can't die here, rather than out there.

Wanna survive?
Best bet is to get yourself a uniform. Find a guard (preferably an Iron Soldier), have them be alone, and beat them up. Do not risk your life doing this; get a weapon to defend yourself (get their baton if possible), as there are no infirmaries available to revive anybody, only graveyards and grave diggers.
Remember, there will NEVER be a lockdown if you steal a key (NOT IN THE TRAINING SIMULATION, THERE WILL STILL BE A LOCKDOWN). It's a corpse now, and no one will bother to check out their belongings.

Wanna get items?
Only things you can do to get items are either loot other prisoners' desks, or buy items from shopkeepers. Stay in touch with those who have valuable assets, as they can be important to your escape. However, they can DIE in the real world, so when you're interacting with your little friends at the real thing, keep them alive at all costs.
Just remember that desks outside of the cell areas are risky, in that they're a gamble of having nothing or something. Just beware the cameras if they're nearby.

Wanna escape?
There are currently three ways to escape this prison. It's either: the boat dock, the rooftop helicopter, or the bridge.
If you want to make progress, you can do it my way. Brute force your way to get every key possible. Keep killing guards until you have all four keys to progress. Once done, get the f##k out of there. Head to the roof, docks, or bridge, and you're home free.
Because this simulation has an actual hospital and not a graveyard, any key you take will cause a lockdown once that guard realizes they're missing it, so this is to kick it up a notch for you to act fast rather than slow.
