Modified Anbennar for Multiplayer Purposes.

Using the Magic Rework Branch by Bonbonny
Changes:
-Got magic rework branch
-markets give -10% Culture Conversion Cost, Trade Depots 20%, stock exchange 40%
-dev edict changed devastation reduction
-supply limit edict added
-declare war date 21st Nov
-min relations to ally is -200
-disinherit prestige hit now -25 and can be done even if youre -50
-AI uncon after 12 months of being full occupied
-stolen loopbennars great projects
-stolen loopbennars basic ideas
-dev edict changed to 0.15 local build time
-can peace out as secondary for free
-base max condos is doubled to 40

-Expand Infrastructure
-Turn off all edicts
-Add all provs to Parliament
-Invest Splendor
-Delete all Churches/ports/docks/farm estates

P.S. this is the magic system that will be implemeted in the future cuz bonbonny is one of the magic reworks devs, its great and worth playing this or the branch if your on the discord.

This mod is also great for playing solo. Magic system is awesome. It is convenient that it already has Dwarven Monuments and many other minor mods implemented, and most importantly, it works great.
