----Overview----

Part 1/4: Map File

Welcome to Oakview Mall, a once lively and vibrant shopping center now taken over by abandonment and decay. When the first sightings and murders happened in the US, this entire state was evacuated after the monsters swept the country like the plague. Now this place, relatively untouched by the creatures from London, proves to be a possible holdout spot for survivors. We tasked you and your squad with taking out the existing enemy presence in this old mall. Your success in this mission will give us a big advantage against these creatures with a defendable area to house civilians and soldiers. Exterminate and Exfil.

After a little over a year in development, 12 alphas, 7 betas, and a few other misc early versions, I have finally finished KF-Oakview. This has been a passion project loosely based on a mall I used to go to since I have always loved malls. I have learned a lot throughout the making of this map, and I hope you enjoy playing it! It is mainly balanced around kiting but with a good team you can camp too.

----Notes----
  • Please report any bugs you find, I probably won't update for a while but if theirs anything I can fix if a big bug appears I will do it.
  • This map features custom music by Pelican, I am not sure how often they copyright so if you are worried about copyright don't get the music or turn it down.
  • The map might have performance issues on some machines, if its bad first try disabling dynamic light than if that is still bad, set world detail to low(will hide a lot of decor.)
  • This map is greylisted, due to the better glass actors by PooSH.
  • I highly recommend using direct download I had to separate it into 4 parts due to workshop size limitations.
