'Cassini' horizontal miner

Since I had the vertical miner in my game, and needed a way to go horizontal from the holes I was making with it, I decided to make a matching miner for that purpose. I really like the Huygens' unique appearance and wanted to imitate the design language as best I could.

The weight is slightly higher (40k), but it makes up for it with more batteries and some stone ejectors, which I felt the Huygens was lacking. Also features a sound block that will play heroic music when the cargo is full.

As with most of my designs, I've included a broadcast controller and Action Relay, but left them for you to set up. Good for opening hangar doors.
