Description
Mod Description:
  • The table saw requires power to operate.
  • Table saws can directly spawn in certain rooms (can be moved)
  • Can also be built using BuildingCraft by reading the table saw magazine (only cannot be built without BuildingCraft)
  • At Carpentry Level 3 or below: 100% chance to lose 1 durability when sawing wood
  • Above Level 3: Each level increases 3% probability of not losing durability
  • If you enable blade injuries: 5% chance of injury at Level 0, decreases 1% per level, no injuries after Level 5
  • Added weight reduction for all wood obtained from tree cutting, can be set in sandbox

Sandbox Settings:
  • Adjustable final plank output (default: 6)
  • Enable blade hand injuries
  • Configurable base durability for table saw & blades
  • Set weight reduction ratio for all chopped logs

Controller not supported yet

Keep in mind if you're adding it to an existing save you have to go to an area you've never generated on that save before.

@Codemonkey3 The vanilla build system sucks for table saws because it needs initialization stuff, so I put it in Carpentry crafting instead. The table saw spawns in garages, warehouses, factories, baseball factories, and woodworking shops.

Could you add it to the regular build menu without Building Craft? Also, where does it spawn? I've checked many garages, warehouses, storage units, McCoy logging and other factories and haven't found one in the world yet.

And there are many options in sandbox to disable injury, create more planks per log etc. so you can customize it how you want. It's a quality mod.
