Star Platinum (Part 3) DR - Kart + Character

Description
Where there is a Stand user, there is a Stand... Uh, should we even let them drive?

Mod includes playable Star Platinum (Part 3) character with custom voice lines,
alongside "Kart Platinum", which I would consider Stand traversal utilised to its fullest potential.
The kart has two versions, one with wheels enabled and an alternative with no wheels visible.

Models are from the now shut-down mobile game Diamond Records.
