Description
Project OG Creative Scenario
Same planet layout as the default game's Creative mode
Includes block and item config files for testing purposes.
Also includes Project OG decorative background galaxy. :-)


Many of the weapon/block changes are lifted from the excellent Emplex scenario made by Politary, so thanks to him upfront.
The goal is to balance weapons, vessels, and structures so that everything has a purpose in PvP combat. In vanilla, vessels such as HVs and SVs are weak in both offense and defense. Turret types such as flak and laser serve no purpose, and players on foot are useless and essentially dead the moment they exit any vessel or structure.

Here is a general breakdown of the changes made from vanilla.

BAs
- Flak turrets damage increase and projectile speed buff, extra damage against light armor, lower fire rate and shorter range; great defense against SVs (also affects CVs)
- Laser turrets increased shield damage, steel damage, and projectile speed; lands consistently (affects CVs)
- Rocket Turrets increased damage, homing, and projectile speed; reduced shield damage
- Artillery Turrets, increased projectile speed and damage against Concrete and Armored Concrete blocks (affects CVs)
- Minigun, Cannon, and Sentry turrets lower fire rate and shield damage, added bullet spread; good anti-personnel without being overpowered (affects CVs)
- All turrets now include have alt-fire for increased fire rates (affects CVs and HVs)
- All turrets ranges in space increased
- Shield and shield extender HP values increased (affects CVs, HVs, and SVs)
- Pentaxid tank capacity increased (affects CVs, HVs, and SVs)
- Regular Concrete blocks cost 0 CPU
- Concrete and Armored concrete blocks greatly reduced damage from CV rocket, plasma, and flak turrets (see CV turret changes)
- Solar efficiency increased greatly
- CPU extender HP increase (affects CVs, HVs, and SVs)
- Xeno blocks now reduce shield capacity by 1 HP per xeno block (affects CVs)
- increased Hangar door HP and mass (affects CVs)

CVs

- Artillery Turrets, increased projectile speed and damage against Concrete and Armored Concrete blocks (affects CVs)
- Minigun, Cannon, and Sentry turrets lower fire rate and shield damage, added bullet spread; good anti-personnel without being overpowered (affects BAs)
- All turrets now have manual alt-fire for increased fire rates (affects BAs, and HVs)
- Manual rockets now use BA Rocket ammo (155mm) with increased damage, homing and speed
- Manual lasers increased shield and steel block damage
- Drill turret slightly reduced effectiveness
- Manual drill laser increased effectiveness (affects HVs and SVs)
- New manual salvage tools (found in loot, affects HVs and SVs)
- Large and XL thrusters CPU and thrust values reverted to pre - Update v1.12
- Large and XL thrusters given boost
- Jet thrusters introduced in v1.12 CPU and and thrust values balanced with existing thrusters. Variants have differing boost capabilities
- Detector reduced range (affects SVs and HVs)
- Shield and shield extender HP values increased (affects BAs, HVs, and SVs)

- Warping within systems costs more pentaxid than SV warping within systems

- Rail gun greatly increased damage with bonus against devices, 50% of projectile damage will now penetrate shields, added small blast radius, greatly increased projectile speed, long reload (affects SVs)
- Laser greatly increased shield and steel block damage; can now penetrates multiple blocks (affects SVs)
- Combat steel blocks HP increase
- Hover engine force increase
- HV jet thruster now has boost, and device limit of 12
- All thrusters double HP, +20% thrust value
- All turrets and weapons increased HP values (affects SVs)
- Detector reduced range (affects CVs and SVs)

- Plasma increased shield and hull damage, increased speed; now effectively fires in short bursts with increased reload
- Rail gun greatly increased damage with bonus against devices, 50% of projectile damage will now penetrate shields, added small blast radius, greatly increased projectile speed, long reload (affects HVs
- Laser greatly increased shield and steel block damage; can now penetrates multiple blocks (affects HVs)
- All thrusters double HP, +15% thrust value
- All turrets and weapons increased HP values (affects HVs)
- Detector reduced range (affects CVs and HVs)
- Shield and shield extender HP values increased (affects BAs, CVs, and HVs)
- SV shield slower cooldown and recharge rate
- Pentaxid tank capacity increased (affects BAs, CVs, and HVs)
- Warping between different systems costs more pentaxid than CV warping between different systems

Combat general
- Player weapons increased damage across the board
- Critical hit damage greatly increased (and added to weapons missing it). Aim better, lol
- Lasers do notable shield damage
- Placed explosives increased damage and shield damage
- Rockets and plasma plasma increased block and shield damage
- Pistols, Talon crossbows, and placed explosives work underwater
- Armors and armor boosts increased armor and durability
- Chainsaw increased wood, enemy, and player damage; more fuel capacity
- Survival tool defense mode increased damage (short range), resource mode increased stone damage

General
- Ore takes up less volume (to benefit SVs and HVs),
- Stack sizes for blocks, components, and fuels increased to 48k,
- Stack sizes for food lowered to 100,
- Armors overall increased speed except heavy armor
- Armor boosts buffed across the board for more effectiveness and variety, transport boost added (allowing up to 16ksu personal capacity)
- New handheld salvage tool (found in loot)
- Reduced craft and repair times
- Reduced output count for some unbalanced ammo type templates
