Thoughtful weight for loot Goblin (B42)

Description
Changes the weight of 99% vanilla items, mostly decrease, still somewhat makesense (I'm trying guy).
Currently feature for example:
paper piece weighs 0.001 (1 gram)
nails and screws now weighs 3 gram
boxes of nails and screws now weight 280 gram
and their carton weight 2 kg
canned food: 800 gram - > 600 gram
weightless money, card, credit card...
lot of things has been adjusted to 25/50/75% lighter (exclude tool and weapons), and vice versa...
Plan to do:
adjust max use
clothing
rebalance and fine tuning

@suzinistherealjuno it cover more item than Thoughtful Weight (all vanilla item), and it mostly scale down the encumberance. It still WIP, as I need to play and research more to fine tuning the parameter. User review and suggestions are welcome. Plus I planed to change the max use as well.

how is this different than the thoughtful weight mod
