P.S: Don't ask me why the music in the Halo 2 Main Menu Bink File is weird, the video I used has minor audio issues due to the game struggling to run in 4K 60 FPS, and I can't fix it so i just had to leave it here.

Nevermind. I found the way to do it by looking at another workshop item that had instructions. It's my first time ever fiddlin' with backgrounds so I had no idea there was an entire step *in-game* to do.

For anyone else confused, just do this:
Open MCC settings -> Video -> Configure Backgrounds -> Go crazy
