The Dead Man's Switch - MobileDragoon - Anomaly Add-ons

Description
Adds some Anomaly related equipment to the Mobile Dragoon arsenal. Thanks to Aoba for the amazing DMS mods and the Mobile Dragoon mod among others, most of this addon is just tweaking what's already there so almost all credit belongs to them.

Adds Disruptor Flare Launcher Module - Left Shoulder

Requires Mobile Dragoon Research
Requires Disruptor Flare Launcher Module Research

A shoulder-mounted launcher that allows the user to fire up to five disruptor flares over long distances from the dragoon before reloading.

Adds Deadlife Shell Launcher - Left Shoulder

Requires Mobile Dragoon Research
Requires Deadlife Dust Research

A shoulder-mounted launcher that allows the user to fire up to five deadlife shells over long distances from the dragoon before reloading.

Adds Spine Pack

Requires Mobile Dragoon Research
Requires Revenant Invisibility Research

A dragoon pack that allows the user and their dragoon to become invisible for a set period of time.

Adds "Lunan" Exohelm

Requires Mobile Dragoon Research
Requires Mind-Numb Serum Research

A dragoon helmet that floods the interior with aerosolized mind-blank serum for improved combat effectiveness.

V1.1 - Research is better, less bottleneck and more descriptive. Fixed a spelling error.

V1.0 - Release version, not happy with the helm being perma mind-blank but with it being so far into the tech-tree it works enough to leave for now for testing, might remake into a reloaded item in future. Everything else seems to work fine.

I've been working on some toxic modules for dragoons, might see if I can make a deadlife version of the toxic gas pack module that just surrounds the dragoon in toxic gas like a burn barrel. Not 100% my idea as the burn barrel pack was a suggestion.

A deadlife vent sounds incredible, probably more balanced than some of the existing DMS stuff

I had also been thinking about a series of deadlife weapons for DMS in general, like grenade launchers, and maybe autocannons with deadlife rounds, perhaps a variant of the assault mechs with a "deadlife vent" ability instead of flames...but DMS stuff is already OP :)

@Goisa It should be fine, it doesn't mess with anything on the DMS or Dragoon front and the only additions shouldn't cause any difference to CE with DMS and Dragoons already being CE compatible.
