What if America was a Monarchy: - A New Dawn over America

Description
hi guys, here's the lore: (btw, not ALL flags are mine, credits to those whose's flags i used) creds to ethanzilla 4 the art!!
As the Revolutionary War had came to an end; George Washington proposed to thee Congress to create a constitutional monarchy, despite their hatred for Great Britain. This vote would only pass narrowly, carried by pro-British representatives and senators. However, states including Massachusetts, Connecticut, and more had a strong revolutionary fervor, ready for a full democracy. Many defected to the growing movement for liberty; but due to Baren von Steuben's guidance in 1777, Continental Army forces in favor of the monarchy were able o suppress them.
In 1802, the public in the North demanded reforms for slavery, trying to abolish it completely. Many were divided on this issue; as slavery was fervent in the South. This would unanimously pass. As a result, Southern farmers tried to secretly send slaves North, especially in rural states including Vermont, New Hampshire, and even modern-day Maine.
Slavery would become slowly accepted within these areas, but a man from New Hampshire who despised slavery told this to the President, who stepped in. The states held their ground, but the modernized Columbian Army would step in, forcefully abolishing slavery, however at the host of secret underground organizations and racist organizations in both the North and South, committing terrors among African-Columbians residing in the nation.
In the War of 1812, the Columbian Military would be able to make some gains in Southern Ontario and even in other parts of Canada, but a loss at the Battle of Uriboyne in New York allowed for British forces to push deep into Maine, and even taking Boston, which was a humongous blow to Columbian war efforts, which ultimately led to a sue for peace, and eventually the Treaty of London.
In New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, and even parts of New York, underground slavery organizations and their chapters were rapidly rising.
They used a armed security guards, personal guards, and real crops to disguise as a usual farm, allowing them not to get caught at the time.
Latin America would also revolt, inspired by the winds of revolution from what happened in Columbia and Haiti,
as Spain would collapse on their holdings in the Napoleonic Wars. As 1837 approached, Andrew Jackson would be so popular that he would pass a law trying to make Columbia an absolute monarchy to Congress; and it surprisingly works. In Germany, many states and kingdoms are getting a wave of fervor to finally reunite and retake Alsace-Lorriane, or atleast punish France for the Napoleonic Wars in some way, shape, or form.
On June 6th, Congress was abolished, placing only him in the centre of rule. Anyone who would speak against the government would "dissapear" from mysterious circumstances. Two years later, on August 7th, 1838, Jackson would be assassinated in office whilst giving a speech, The absolute monarchy bill is taken out and America would elections restart, allowing for Martin van Buren to be America's prime minister. His approval ratings begin to slowly rise, as civil liberties are restored. However; the South is considering seceding due to Philadelphia being in "pure shambles", less representation, and the Jacksonian Dark Age. In 1840, a large, peaceful protest in Richmond would begin, calling for Virginia , North Carolina, and many other Southern states to secede. This movement picks up fraction rather fast, and finally, the first seed for seceding is planted; one protestor is shot and killed during a peaceful protest in Orlando, Florida.
The news spreads like wildfire world wide, and finally; southern states start leaving, more and more. The Unification of Southern States is put into effect, uniting them into the Union of Dixieland. Due to this, Columbia would declare war on Dixieland. They have the population advantage, military advantage, and supply advantage; but the Columbian Army and Navy were too cocky and overconfident, leading to frequent battle losses and even allowing for Columbia, one of the Kingdom's largest cities, to be encircled and sieged. With communications failure and a pincer movement coming in allowing for the city to be captured, the Kingdom had no choice but to surrender, as they arguably had the worst loss of their lifetime, with an estimated loss of ~300K men. In 1848, Europe was rocked by revolutions, independence movements, and more; and it would not inevitably take long to reach America. People wanted a full transformation to democracy, especially in Massachusetts.
However, most people were satisfied with the current government, as the King had some power; but limited at that.
These protests had died down eventually by 1849. Meanwhile, the Texan rebellion has started to surface hard, inspired by the American Revolution. Supplied by both Columbia and Dixieland, Mexico lost the most crucial battle of the war; the Battle of Creek Ridge.
In the opening of the battle, Texan troops has placated themselves scattered across the field, where a creek would turn eastwards. Mexican troops were unsure of where Texan soldiers are, until they started firing at them. Mexican troops were forced to flee, giving Texas the advantage.
Mexican supply lines were usually broken, allowing for Texan troops to win battles and skirmishes in Mexico. This bought Mexico to the bargaining table; as they also had very little wins, just like the Columbians. However; there was one condition, which was, they keep the Trans-Pecos region.
Exhausted themselves, they would reluctantly accept the deal. But Dixieland and Columbia each had their own plans, and started vying for power. From 1851 to 1853, both powers would make their side on why they were better and why Texas should join their sphere of influence.
Seeing how they were a democracy, they could relate more to Dixieland, considering how close their roots are.
Russia would also decide not to sell Alaska and look for resources, seeing how desperate their financial situation was at the moment. Eventually, they found huge swaths of oil, gold, iron, and more, which they started to domestically sell and use mines out of; boosting the economy.
In 1870, the North German Confederation formed, declaring war on France about 5 weeks later after the declaration. This would fail miserably, as Napoleon III's forces had long expected this. As the first assault on Alsace had begun, they had tried pushing with no avail.

Napoleon would outflank the enemy, using cavalry from behind regiments to try pushing through. The plan had failed, but his troops remained firm, especially by building forts. They were able to occupy the Rhineland, and force them to negotiate, giving them the Greater Saar Region.

as someone whos read various works on napoleon III (shadow emperor, life of napoleon III, etc.) it literally doesnt matter what kind of shit u pull, the French army couldn't win. they were far too gone by the 1870s, napoleon III was at odds with the special interest groups and the elite and didn't allow for further military spending. they also had one of the poorest railway systems in europe and many troops quite literally had to spend weeks marching to meet the frontline because the railroads would be broken down.
