Space Base - Repair Pad - RE2

Description
Built on Empyrion NZ RE2 server, CPU is disabled.

Basic base with all the functions and docking areas for appropriately shaped CVs and SVs. Also a large repair pad.

Space base obviously. Good foundation I think, not intended for combat but should fend off a basic drone.
