Transfiguration Gun

Adds an endgame Transfiguration Gun which can be crafted at the Agricultural Table under the hunting tab.

It significantly increases the chance for a unique monster to drop an action figure upon death but the creature must be killed directly by the gun for this to work, just like how bows work for the hunting drop table. It doesn't do anything against other kinds of monsters or NPCs aside from dealing damage.

- Does NOT affect bosses. You'll need another mod for that.
- Action figure prices reduced to 3000 pixels for balance reasons.
- Boss action figures are still worth 5000 pixels and are now 'Essential' tier.

Action figure drop rates for unique monsters:
- Standard monsters: 5%
- Rare monsters: 35%
- Dungeon monsters: 10%

Now you can hunt down creatures for their action figures to unlock the 'Mint Condition' achievement and complete your collection log without completely losing your sanity.
