RE4-styled National Police of Spain

This skin mod represents the Spanish cops from Resident Evil 4 but with what their uniforms are actually supposed to represent/e wearing if the game was accurate in that regard: the Spanish Policia Nacional Uniform, as requested/suggested by Blaze (long delay lol). the Policia Nacional are one of Spain's main policing force, their duties mostly directed towards urban areas, while the Guardia Civil patrols areas considered more rural, despite the fact that in RE4 the Spanish Cops are actually patrolling in the countryside, either another imprecision or the fact that they were designated to assist Agent Leon Scott Kennedy to locate the President's daughter in an urban area in Northern Spain, before heading to the countryside. Spanish police descent from an ancient tradition of warriors in a country once divided by religion, conquest and reconquest. Now it's your time to show they can deal with some zombies/cultist villagers intead of being obliterated for narrative purposes lol, hehe. It's my first "modern" skin per se, so feel free to critisize and add suggestions.
