[1.5.1_RU/EN] Blood in the Water

Description
This mod is primarily designed for Sandbox — most changes are aimed specifically at it. However, there have also been changes to the story mode, in particular — El Casador has been updated.

I really liked the concept of punitive squadrons. As someone who has played through the storyline countless times, over time I began playing in sandbox more and more, while waiting for new story updates. When I found out that it would now be possible to obtain unique ships in sandbox, and that the seas would have enemies capable of challenging even an experienced captain, I was genuinely excited. But that excitement quickly turned into disappointment when it turned out that the captains of such squadrons were nothing more than bounty hunters with random skill sets and a unique ship.

I decided to fix this. Now they are the finest officers of their nations, fully capable of unlocking the full potential of the ships entrusted to them. And the treasures in the chests aboard their vessels now match their status and differ from the loot that can be found on random sea raiders roaming the archipelago.

Meifeng — the Fang of the Trading Company, commanded by Longwei.
An experienced captain who compensates for his lack of artillery skills with a skilled gunner. The company’s elite guards will not allow the ship to be boarded without overwhelming force. In the captain’s cabin, you can find gold allocated for eliminating an annoying pirate who has just begun to spoil the Companies plans, as well as an amulet dear to the captain’s heart. If someone forces the Company to send a squadron against him, you can be sure — they won’t spare rare ship silk for the flagship.

Chimera — a masterpiece created for special operations by British military intelligence.
This is the personal ship of William Courtney, an English baronet and special agent. Under his command, the Chimera becomes an extremely dangerous opponent, and the captain himself uses his full arsenal of skills in battle. If it comes to boarding, British navy will fight to the last, and Courtney will use a blade capable of finding a weak spot in any armor. In the chests, you can find funds allocated for eliminating an English privateer, as well as the captain’s personal savings. But be careful — Courtney rarely engages in battles that aren’t to his advantage.

Torero — the pirates’ answer.
The Brethren of the Coast are not going to leave their hunting grounds unprotected. When the pirate threat at sea is high, a hunt will be declared for any daring captain. Ignacio Marco and his uniquely designed ship will lead a squadron mockingly calling themselves “punitive squad” to teach a lesson to those who meddle in their masters’ affairs. However, such missions are expensive for pirates, so there will be little loot in their chests.

Griffondor — the pinnacle of French shipbuilding.
A corvette with outstanding characteristics, whose potential can only be unlocked by a truly talented captain and crew. The captain is ready to give his all to destroy his country’s enemy, and one of his personal belongings helps keep the crew in line. Jean Bayard, Knight of the Maltese Order, is known for his exceptional swordsmanship and can quickly neutralize any marksman.

El Casador — a Spanish warship built for special operations in the Caribbean.
Its sole purpose is to destroy those who pose a serious threat to Spain. Only the best of the best are honored with the command of such a vessel, and the current captain has many victories over pirates to his name. Spain spared no expense in building this ship, improving every characteristic important for fulfilling its missions. The captain and his crew are ready to do whatever it takes to send their country’s enemies to the bottom.

And now, a bit more specifics:
For story mode, new game is not required. All changes to El Casador will apply as soon as it is loaded into the game. For Sandbox mode - it is recomended. There is a chance that you might not encounter Torero if you load into already existing save.

All flagship captains have been given appropriate skills — fighting them openly will be no easy task. Each captain now has their own special trait that can be witnessed either in combat, or during dialogue. With the increased difficulty, the value of the rewards in these captains’ cabins has also been increased. Finally, the Torero will appear only at pirate threat level 3, and only if 20 pirate ships have been sunk.

Mod is incompatible with Perks Overhaul by default. It is fairly easy to solve it, just follow the instructions here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1GGVHSL2YmAuVjBENwoT_fI3npcc-bk00?usp=sharing
