Description
I aim to eventually have a arsenal of heat based weapons/parts to add to my ships.
Currently only adds the improved radiator. This is a radiator that allows connection to it's base with a overclock feature.

Notice: I have fixed the Radiator improved! It can now overclock to require a crew member and energy for 1100>2000 heat dissipation.
