Undraft After Tending

Description
Automatically undrafts pawns after they are finished tending and/or being tended to.

Includes mod options to:

- Undraft the patient
- Keep the doctor drafted if hostiles are near
- Keep the patient drafted if hostiles are near (only appears if undraft patient is enabled)

Added a 1.5 version. Just needed a recompile it seems like.

I didn't do much testing with it honestly though but let me know if there's any problems with it on 1.5
