The Intervention is a variant of FireDuneDynamics' Cruiser-class vessels.
Relatively cheap for a vessle of it's class it is also somewhat fast (roughly 10m/s) and carries enough armament to dish out some serious hurt to anything smaller than itself.

It's main strength however, is to spawn in Aerial Support Vehicles, primarily with other FDD Products in mind. such as the Banshee and Ghost platforms. The construction module also makes it a capable fleet repair vessel.

Although able to take some hits, the Intervention is not meant to take the brunt of an attack as armor and shielding are not adequate to protect from extended assaults. The ship relies on spawning in it's own support and releasing it as a battle commences.
