Description
My complete recreation of RP_Downtown from scratch focused towards performance.

Overall increased map size with new larger areas and buildings.

Large streets for vehicles.

Entire map sectioned off into city 'blocks' for added performance/RP diversity.

Optimized for 64+ players and/or extreme amounts of NPC's.
