This is the files need to enable photon emergency lights and sirens for TDM's Chevy Blazer. You will need tdm chevy pack addon, LoneWolfies chevy impala for parts and Schmal's Photon: Emergency & Car Lighting Engine addon

I have finally found some free time to fix the spawning issue. TDM changed the name of the vehcile script so i needed to update the info to use the name.:steamhappy:
