AK74 Vulcan

Description
AK74 Vulcan skin remade for PTSD Simulator. Fully functional and mostly tested. Remodels the entire AK74 for Insurgents to resemble that of the one in CSGO. All attachments should work properly, will have foregrip updated with it soon.
