GBA Pokemon NPC Parts

Description
This is a bunch of parts for making Pokemon GBA overworld sprites. There isn't much in this right now besides some basics but I'm hoping people will help me out in making new parts that I can put in this. Also I made this for Pokemon Essentials but keep in mind if you're going to use this for that then you'll need to double the size of the image when you're done because the default size for overworld sprites is twice the size of this. Enjoy!
