Fellheim revisited

Description
Fellheim is a Riften style player home on the edge of the Rift near Ivarstead. To get to the estate you have to head north from Ivarstead and follow the river until you come across a bridge which leads to the estate.

Inside the walls you can find a player home with plenty of beds for you and your followers (for use with other mods). On the top floor you have the living and dining room. Below that is the master bedroom and secondary bedroom.
In the basement you can find a bathroom, another bedroom with 4 additional beds and a basement armory. While you are down there you might want to check out the mounted chaurus head. It will give you access to a special area with goodies.

The large building is the guardhouse with room for 4 guards, a merchant and a maid/assasin.

The tower is equiped with a small smithy and a small prison with one prisoner.

Fellheim was first released almost 2 years ago and i have decided to redesign it to make it more lore friendly. I have been using a slimmed down version of this mod as my personal home for a year now and have not encountered any bugs during this time. I played out all the faction quests and had no problems.
The mod has been cleaned with TES5Edit.

Here is a small description of what you'll find.

Player House
- Living room/dining room with a tabletop alchemy station.
- Master bedroom.
- Guest bedroom with 2 beds
- Another guestroom with 4 beds.
- Basement armory.
- 1 mannequin and several weaponplaques.

Guardhouse.
- 4 guards
- 1 merchant
- 1 maid / assasin.

Tower.
- a small smithy
- a small prison with prisoner.

Secret Chambers.
- a smithy with named chests for sorting.
- a study/library with alchemy station and enchantment station.
- a vault with loads of mannequins, weaponcases and racks.
- Maskbusts and clawholders inside the vault.
- Underground botanical garden.

Outside.
- 4 guards who patrol around the entrance (they are also avaible as followers)
- a watchtower with a view
- a garden with alchemy ingredients.
- a couple of chickens.

Everything is fully navmeshed so you can bring in your own followers.
The chests are safe to store your items.
I didn't add a purchase quest or anything like that because i dont want to spoonfeed you a story. This way you can paste it into your own story.

Known issues:

- This mod conflicts with Shatterhorn castle because they are both practicly on the same location.
- Wolves dart back and forward because they go after the chickens inside the walls.
- NPC's have grey heads because the Workshop doesn't upload the facegen textures.

There are no other mods required but i recommend: Amazing Follower Tweaks.

And the spouse to custom house mod if you want your spouse to live here. It can be dowloaded from nexus.

If you want to have the entire family living here i recommend the Custom Family Home mod.
Custom family home mod made by VitchRazor.

If you want your followers to stay here you could use this mod: My Home Is Your Home - a mod for followers by Volek

If you want to make full use of the prison you could use:

Sorry for your loss!
I just discovered your mod, and downloaded it, looks good, maybe in a future upgrade you can make the prison/prisoner optional?

May the ancestors welcome him into the halls of heroes with open arms and glorious songs.

My father passed away today (3-1 10:30 CET) at age 67. He fought a long battle against cancer and in the end cancer won.
All support is suspended for now.

@Infodude. No DLC's required. Just to be sure: make sure the box in the load list is checked and that the mod loader has downloaded the mod. There should be a marker on your map near Ivarstead.

I can't find it. Is this version for Dawngaurd? Or any other DLC's?

That's alright, the road isn't realy a sore spot, just the stone bridge. Thanks again for the wonderfull house.

@Danny. Glad you like it. My own house preference is to have a small rustic home to return to after a long day of slaughtering bandits and dragons. Thats why i use this one as my own home.

The stone road is about the only thing thats left from the original version. I can't make a sand path towards the estate because the ground textures are limited to 5 textures (any more and you get black holes). The cell leading to the estate already has 5 textures and 2 of these are occupied by the default terrain. I may change this in the future (have to redesign the entire area for it) but for now i have reached the limit of what i can do.

Great mod, no correction, amazing mod. Most house mods that I've seen have seen are far too extravagant and full of needless rooms and decor. I personaly enjoy the fact that you made it look as if someone built a little fortified home arround the ruins of an old fort. The whole place has this simple and elegant feel to it, that you don't quite get with most of the other house modds or with the hearthfire expansion, i simply love it. The things that seem out of place in the mod are the stone bridge and the paved road that lead to the gates, they take away from the rustic feel of it all, a simple white trail would have been better than the paved one and the stone bridge could be replacen with a wooden one, like the kind they use in game to connect the riverwiid mill to the rest of the village
