This is unique, quite like the idea that it not essentially a plague. Also like the little descriptions of the symptoms.

such fun playing that one, though a bit easy, I still had enjoyed reading the indivudual description for each trait. After messin around in cheat mode I spotted several unique game ending traits. One thing that slightly bothered me was the lack of research when they began a cure. Don't know too much about that but I give a like anyways

Thanks for the feedback! I made the blackouts more expensive so it will be harder to obtain.

Very interesting and creative "disease" :) Though I find it way too easy with the blackouts. I suggest making Blackout more expensive and/or make it another victory condition, like a bad ending, since the uncontrollable discharges literally destroys electric equipment and since nowadays we're surrounded by electricity, it would throw humanity back into the middle ages or further. Anyway, I enjoyed the scenario - keep up the good work :)
