Show Your Face (Heavy Armor Perks w/o helmet require)

Description
+ Removed check of Light Armor == 0 value from Heavy Armor perks
+ Removed requirement of wearing Heavy Armor helmet from perks
+ Edited description of affected skills: Well Fitted, Tower of Strength, Cushioned, Matching Set.

As much as I like Daedric Armors, I hate the fact it covers your face. And if you decide to wear anything that weight less and is classified as Light Armor(like for example hood), Dragonborn loose most of benefits from perks related to Heavy Armor. In this little mod, I've removed any checks of wearing light armor and removed helmet slot from being required in few Heavy Armor perks. Also edited description of affected skills: Well Fitted, Tower of Strength, Cushioned, Matching Set. They no longer metion wearing a heavy helmet as they are not nessesary for perk to be active. All things have been changed in Creation Kit in "Character>Actor Values" menu, so keep in mind that those perk rules are changed globally, not only to the Player Character

Known issues: as I changed description language of it will be in English only. If you are using the other language, it will be changed to English in Heavy Armor perk tree (only on modified perks). If language pack is loaded as last- description may be in non-english language but still metioning the Helmet as required to wear.

Any chance of a similar mod for light armor? My poor stealthy characters are starting to get jealous of Crush-McGee.

God bless Bethesda - docs they provide with Creation Kit and creationkit.com are enough detailed and with examples, I would say this is the most modding friendly game I ever had.

Update has been released, unintentional changes are now flagged as ignored. According to docs:
"Ignored objects are not loaded in from the file by the editor or game."

Your mod edits: AVBypassVendorStolenCheck AVShieldPerks, AVHealth, AVUnarmedDamage, and AVAbsorbChance. That means during the creation of your mod that you accidently clicked on these. I'm not trying to be mean at all.
Your mod is awesome btw. Just trying to help you out.

Highlighting any actor value cause the creation kit to mark it as edited... it's weird I know. Basically if any mod relies on these values it will conflict with your mod. The whole thing is Bethesda's fault, not yours. You can use Tes5edit to clean the mod. You shouldn't have to do this, but Bethesda's incompitence makes it a necessity.

Not gonna delete the comments as this is some constructive feedback I really appreciate, but from my side- I feel im rensposive to inform that I am aware that my solution is not the best. Nor, its not also game-breaking in any way.

Of course, it's not your fault, even highlighting the damn things changes them.

I don't mean to be rude, but you really need to clean this. It makes a ton of dirty edits to actor values that have nothing to do with the mod.
