Well if I try to delete it, and re-download it, the sound wouldnt come back, I still have the same bad sound as before, but I had this good soundmod working perfectly before, maybe something with steam

No wait I meant in the youtube video where you gave a demonstration of the gun sound. Towards the end one of the guys says
"Aw this guy, are you fuckin korean?"
