Saint Basil - a Sisters of Mercy hospital ship

The Saint Basil, a Sisters of Mercy hospital barge, dives deep into hostile territory for humanitarian purposes of rescue and recovery. She comes equipped with:

Deployable solar arrays
Refining / Manufacturing suite
Furnished hospital wards
Rehabilitation & relaxation facilities
Cryo-surgical theater
Crew quarters
Blast protected telescoping ambulance pad
Rotating response flashers
Purdy ground effects-esque engine backlighting
An enormous, pretentious, and wholly austentacious neon icon

Note that there is no real purpose for a ship of this stripe, but I felt the urge to make a big, pointless, artsy-fartsy slog. I hadn't seen any hospital ships yet, so...
