Setup the sensor so when detecting players it activates the script and when no longer detecting players, it starts a 1 hour timer. That timer at the end of the 1 hour period would activate the Dormant Mode script (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=371708735). Note that continued activity on your ship will refresh that 1 hour "Away Timer". It also does some interesting fun stuff with sound blocks. You can comment out those lines if you don't care or change the name of your sound block if you wish to utilize that code.
