Improved HUD Modification

This twenty-second modification removes the bottom-left unlocked-items HUD,
key and messenger HUD at the bottom-middle,
"You have unlocked X" message,
and most importantly, the flashing completed-sigil set message.

Goals:
#1: Collapse the sigil-sets to only show the icon when completed.
#2: Use a glow effect instead for the completed icon.
#3: Hook a function that automatically solves the sigil puzzles for you in the sigil arranger. (What a pipe dream!)
