The Winter Soldier Armor set

First off: I'm gonna add screenshots as soon as possible. This computer doesn't seem to want to take any, or at least not reveal where they are kept.

This mod adds a BALANCED(gasp)ish set of stealth armor to the game, retextured off of theives guild and ulfric's gag from the start of the game, that looks like a Skyrim version of the Winter Soldier's outfit from Captain America: Winter Soldier.

The armor is found on some bandits who've taken up residence in the Whiterun Hall of the dead catacombs. These guys will steam plow lower level chars, so caution is advised when attacking them. Running screaming out of the catacombs and having these guys follow you until you find some guards to help is a sound tactic, but they'll probably murder everyone they find while you're running...so save before you try that and do it at night to minimize the death toll.

The face mask looks like a circlet on khajiit and argonians
