so to be clear it does not replace the model of the flashbang at all?

The way the mod works is by replacing the audio file the game calls on when a flashbang is thrown with another one, so assuming the MY EYES one uses the same file as mine then unfortunately they're incompatible! At least you're spoiled for choice ;)

I can't decide between this and the "MY EYES!" mod for flashes. Would this work with the "MY EYES!" flash mod too or would they overlap?

Yeah the willhelm scream is awesome! If you search it on the workshop its the randomized one. I might make a collection of all the best sound packs actually if that would be helpful?
